Description
The inflatable horseshoe buoy is composed of 4 different elements :
- A holder fixed on the boat’s pushpit.
- An ABS canister containing the horseshoe buoy.
- The inflatable horseshoe buoy made of yellow coated polyurethane (including retro-reflective tapes, drogue and grabline).
- The canister is attached to the holder by a lanyard.
- In the event of a man overboard, throw the canister towards the victim. Deployment will occur when lanyard is fully tensioned and releases the buoy (which is no longer fixed to the support). The canister floats, attached to the buoy.
