How will I receive my Quotation?
We will send a quotation to the email address you have provided in the form. Please remember to check your junk folders for the quotation.
How long will it take to receive my Quotation?
Please allow us up to 5 working days to respond to your quotation request due to the high volume of enquiries we are receiving.
We appreciate your patience and will do our best to contact you as soon as possible to assist you.
What is the process to book a Hire after receiving a Quotation?
To proceed with the booking, kindly confirm by replying to the quotation email. Once confirmed, please allow 1-3 days to receive the Hire Agreement from the date of confirming via email.
Hire agreements will be sent through Signable, allowing for easy viewing and adding an electronic signature, this can be viewed and signed on a computer, smartphone or tablet.
Please remember to check your junk folders for the agreement during the 1-3 day waiting period.
We prioritise arranging Hire Agreements by ‘Hire Start Dates’.

How will I receive my Hire Booking?
We will use the information you have provided in the form to create a Hire Agreement.
Hire agreements will be sent through Signable, allowing for easy viewing and adding an electronic signature, this can be viewed and signed on a computer, smartphone or tablet.
Please remember to check your junk folders for the Hire Agreement during the 1-5 day waiting period.
How long will it take to receive my Hire Agreement?

What happens if I have booked last minute or I need my hire quickly?
We prioritise placing bookings by the Hire Start Date given on your form, we manage the bookings to ensure customers Hire Items are with them in time for your Hire Start Date. Don’t panic we will do our best to make sure you have the right safety equipment onboard with you.

When do I pay for Hire?
Once your Hire Agreement has been signed we automatically be notified that a signature has been provided and from this notification we will arrange an Hire Invoice .
Hire Invoices are sent to your email address.

Is the Hire Agreement my Invoice?
Hire Agreements do include the charges, this is not your Hire Invoice. This will be sent separately once the Hire Agreement has been signed.

When and How will I receive my Hire Invoice?
We will then create and send you a Hire Invoice for Hire Period and for any Delivery/Collection charges for the start and end of hire.
Hire Invoices are sent to your email address.

Please allow us time to raise the invoice from the time you signed your contract, it is not auto generated a member of the team has to manually input the invoice.
To avoid any delays please keep checking your emails allowing us time to respond, between 1-3 working days from the date you submitted the signed contract.
All invoices are VAT invoices.
How do I go about paying for the Hire?
Payment can be made in many ways.
- Bank Transfer – Electronic Payments. The invoice will include our bank details for you to make a direct payment
- Paying over the phone. Please call us to make payment over the phone. Please note we do not accept AMEX
- Paying in person. Hires that are to be collected directly from us can be paid on collection
When do I need to pay?
Payments are required on receipt of the invoice, unless the Hire is going to be collected in person from our shop.
All payments must be received before any Hire Items can be given out on loan.
