The Jon Buoy Inflatable Danbuoy is part of the new Ocean Safety Jon Buoy range which uses innovative retro-reflective technology that significantly enhances the visibility of the hi-vis fabric, making it highly reflective and increasing perception during dark conditions, aiding location and leading to reduced casualty.
The inflatable Jon Buoy Danbuoy is stylish, compact and weighs only 3.9kg. It can be mounted on the pushpit and is easily deployed in an emergency. In the event of a man overboard, simply unclip the unit from its mounting bracket and throw; the Danbuoy then automatically inflates. It replaces the traditional Danbuoy and is also fitted with a light and whistle as standard.
The Danbuoy hard case offers a more ergonomic and streamlined design for improved deployment and manoeuvrability.
