Pains Wessex Coded Vessel Flare Pack
The Pains Wessex Coded Vessel Flare Pack contains a comprehensive combination of propelled and handheld flares of both long and short visibility range designed to signal distress in an emergency situation.
All Flares come with a minimum 3 years until expiry. All of the flares included in this pack are MCA approved and suitable for commercial coded vessels.
The Red Hand flare is a short-range distress signal used to pinpoint position when potential rescuer is sighted. Designed to withstand exceptional environmental exposure and to perform reliably even after immersion in water.
Orange buoyant Life Smoke can be used in day distress signal situations and to notify of your position during a rescue operation and to work out the wind direction.
Red Parachute Rocket can be used in day and night long range distress signal situations.
White hand flares can be used for a collision warning signal

4x Parachute Red Rockets
The Pains Wessex Para Red MK8A Rocket conforms to SOLAS 74/88 as amended. Designed to withstand exceptional environmental exposure and to perform reliably even after immersion in water, the pull wire ignitor and improved grip provides easy handling.

The Pains Wessex Lifesmoke MK9 is a compact, flat top, day time distress signal designed to be easy and safe to handle. It provides effective position marking during rescue operations and can be used to indicate wind direction, producing dense orange smoke for a minimum of 3 minutes.
12l Polybottle (Optional)
Water-resistant storage bottle for flares.
