Billing Address:
When entering card payment details, the Billing Address must match the Address the Card your using is registered to.
If the billing address you enter does not match to the cards registered address you are entering, your bank will not authorise payment and it will fail.
To avoid payment failure, please check that you are entering the correct address for the card.
Placing an order for a company?
Please Note:
Please check that you are entering the address the company has registered the card with in the Billing Address Section.
Otherwise payment will fail.
It may be registered to a head office address not to the address that your ordering from or for.
Please enter the address as is it presented on a bank statement for the card and ensure you enter any building names and numbers correctly.
Failure to enter the correct address will result in the card being declined.

We do not accept any card payments that are not registered at a UK address.
